About the job

As a Back office employee, you play a crucial role in preparing and coordinating orders. You are the connecting link between our customers and the team on the packaging lines. You ensure that all orders are clear and complete, so the right bell peppers are delivered on time and in the correct packaging.

Your main tasks:

  • Ensuring that team leaders have the correct order information (quantities, weights, color combinations, etc.).
  • Printing labels for the packaging.
  • Contributing to the production planning of various packaging lines.
  • Maintaining accurate administration of produced orders.
  • Communicating with customers and trading houses.
  • Handling the administrative processing of packing slips and invoices correctly.

  • Work experience in the agricultural sector or food industry.
  • Familiarity with packaging processes.
